8. REMEDIES
Information
At any time, the data subject may request information about the processing of his personal data, the current occurrence of data processing, his rights and guarantees, including, in particular, the person of the data controller or data processor, the legal basis, purpose, duration of data processing, the location of data storage, and data security measures.
At the request of the data subject, the data controller provides information about its activities related to data management and data transmission.
The data controller shall provide the information in writing in an understandable form within a reasonably short time from the submission of the request, but within a maximum of 30 days.
Information is provided free of charge if the applicant has not yet submitted an information request for the same activity or data area to the data controller in the same year.
In cases other than this, the data controller determines reimbursement and provides the information after payment of the reimbursement.
Deletion
The data controller deletes the personal data if its processing is illegal, the data subject requests it, the purpose of the data processing has ceased, or the statutory period for storing the data has expired, it was ordered by the court or the data protection authority.
The data controller notifies the data subject of the correction and deletion, as well as all those to whom the data was previously transmitted for the purpose of data management. The notification can be omitted if this does not harm the legitimate interests of the data subject in view of the purpose of the data management.
You can also request the correction or deletion of your personal data in the manner indicated during registration or via customer service. The only obstacle to failure to delete can be a legal restriction.
Protest
